Sign up ahead of time
We encourage all students to register for class in advance. Registering ahead of time helps us manage class sizes, ensures you have a spot in your preferred class, and allows us to determine whether a class needs to be cancelled within our cancellation window if enrollment is low.
Running late for class
We give you a 3 minute window to arrive if you’re running late for class. after that 3 minute window, we lock the front door and class begins. Please note that occasional lateness is understandable, but we ask that you please make every effort to arrive on time.Class Cancellation & no-show policy
If a student does not cancel 1 hour prior to the start of class time, they will be charged a $10 late cancel fee. Classes with one or fewer students registered one hour before the scheduled start time may be cancelled. A student who fails to show up for class will be charged a $20 no-show fee.Community Care at Alma
