Bring your mat and water bottle for class. We provide all other props (weights, blocks, straps, blankets). If you do not have a mat, we have studio mats available for rent for $3. We also have mat towels available for rent for $3. Want to rent both a mat and towel? $5 for the pair.What you need for class
If you’re new to group movement classes, welcome! While all our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, we recommend Sculpt or Restorative yoga for those wishing to ease into movement classes.
Where to start as a beginner
Any classes listed as ‘hot’ on our class schedule are heated anywhere from 95-106°. Other classes (postpartum sculpt, sculpt, mat pilates, the alma method, restorative) will be around 70-80°
