Laura Cavaliere

Laura leads movement with warmth, humor, and deep respect for the body’s wisdom. She teaches Pilates and Yoga as somatic practices of self-connection, strength, and ease — supporting students in meeting themselves with curiosity rather than judgment.
With roots in hatha yoga and a lifelong relationship to movement and dance, Laura weaves breath, alignment, and intuitive, somatic awareness into classes that feel both grounding and uplifting. Her background in architecture and the arts informs her thoughtful, creative approach to space, structure, and embodiment.
She finds joy in traveling, surfing, and moving through the world with curiosity, and believes movement can be a daily ritual for clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
